Secret Pal Treats

Once again, our Secret Pal continues to send us the most wonderful surprises each month.

I don't think either one of us, when we first started this journey, thought that we would still be exchanging presents a year later. I think we likely both thought we'd be meeting in person with our daughters in our arms, perhaps in Guangzhou, perhaps in the states. But alas, that will not happen anytime soon.

But in the meantime, it's the little things in life that matter the most.

Thanks for all the cool gifts aimed this month at keeping Magpie busy... we'll keep the chalk away from my brother in law as the last time he had a hunk of chalk in his hand he wrote "adult" stuff on our driveway! LOL, thank goodness it rained shortly after.
