Update to Friday Facts

Friday Facts are back after a hiatus of a few weeks.

This weeks post is on the Great Wall, a general over view of commonly known facts and little known facts.

Some of the Friday Facts will focus on places we're planning to see as we fly ahead a few days and site see in Beijing. It will be a trip of a lifetime and we're making the most of it. We want to share all we can with Magpie when she gets older.

The post includes answers to such questions as: How tall, how wide, what's it made of, how many people did it take to make it, how long did it take...

For instance, did you know that the Great Wall is made not only of brick and mortar but also of twigs, reeds, sand and dirt in certain sections?

Go ahead, have a read. Click the Friday Facts link to the left!
